Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a business profile, logging into the Retailer Dashboard, or placing bids on inventory lots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Business Membership Eligibility

This marketplace is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) trade platform. To maintain an active account, partners must provide valid commercial credentials, including active tax identifiers (such as GSTIN, VAT, or local business licenses). Accounts discovered trading under false consumer profiles will be terminated immediately.

3. Lot Auctions & Purchasing

When participating in bulk lots or buy-now transactions:

• All bids submitted are legally binding and cannot be retracted after submitting.
• Payments must be settled within 24 hours of winning an auction lot. Failure to clear balances will result in temporary suspension.
• We reserve the right to cancel or re-list any lot that contains system catalog errors or incorrect pricing specifications.

4. Logistics & Shipping

Orders are dispatched through verified B2B transport providers. While we coordinate with shipping teams to guarantee safety and standard timelines, risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff of the parcel to the transport provider. Sourcing shipments are insured by default up to the invoice value.

5. Limitation of Liability

Refyzo acts as an inventory distribution and trade-in aggregation system. In no event shall Refyzo Technologies or its directors be liable for loss of profits, retail sales downtime, or secondary damages arising out of device transaction delays or grading differences beyond the invoice price of the specific lot.
