Registration & Account
Who is eligible to register on Refyzo?
Refyzo is strictly a B2B platform. We cater to registered mobile retailers, wholesale distributors, repair outlets, and corporate trade-in buyers. Valid business registration like GST or Udyam Aadhaar is required during sign-up.
How long does the account approval take?
Our onboarding team reviews all submitted documentation. Approvals are typically completed within 2 to 4 hours during normal business working hours (10 AM to 6 PM).
Grading & Diagnostics
What diagnostic tests are performed on the phones?
Every phone undergoes a strict 45-point testing protocol checking Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Touch responsiveness, Battery health degradation, Speakers & microphones, Camera auto-focus, Biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint), and checks against global IMEI blocklists.
What if the grade of a device doesn't match the manifest?
We maintain a 48-hour return swap policy. If you receive a device that deviates from its declared grade specs, you can raise a support flag in your CRM. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer a replacement or credit refund.
Shipping & Logistics
How are the shipments packed and dispatched?
We use custom-made multi-layered polymer pads and bubble capsules. Every shipment is sealed with tape containing tamper-evident indicators. All shipments are insured and dispatched within 24 hours via premium carriers.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For catalog purchases, the MOQ is 5 devices. For bulk lot auctions, you bid on preset palettes (usually 10 to 50 devices per lot) as specified in the individual lot details.
