Refund & RMA Policy

1. B2B Sourcing Commitment
Because Refyzo serves registered retail stores, wholesalers, and trade-in specialists, standard consumer return guidelines do not apply. All sales are considered wholesale transactions. However, we provide a robust RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process to cover verified discrepancies.
2. 7-Day Testing Window
Upon receiving a parcel, partners have exactly 7 calendar days to perform diagnostics, inspection, and verification on the devices. The testing window begins when our logistics partner marks the package as "Delivered."
3. Eligible Claims
You may submit an RMA claim if a device or lot fails to match the specifications and grade under which it was purchased:
- Functional Discrepancies: Features listed as functional (such as Camera, Touch ID, Wi-Fi, Speakers) are dead or malfunction.
- Grade Discrepancies: A device received is significantly below the grading parameters specified (e.g., Grade A device with deep screen scratches).
- IMEI Mismatches: The physical IMEI of the device received does not match the IMEI manifest listed in your invoice.
4. Non-Eligible Claims
RMAs will not be authorized for:
- Buyer's remorse or slow inventory turnover.
- Issues reported after the 7-day inspection window has expired.
- Devices showing user damage, drop marks, water intrusion, or internal tampering post-delivery.
- Liquid damage indicators tripped after receipt of the shipment.
5. RMA Procedure
To initiate a return or replacement, follow these steps:
- Open the Retailer Portal and navigate to the Orders & RMAs section.
- Select the order ID, target IMEI, and upload a diagnostic log or photo/video evidence showing the issue.
- Once approved, a prepaid reverse-shipping label will be generated for pickup.
- Returned devices will be inspected at our central diagnostics facility within 3 business days. Approved returns will be credited to your Refyzo wallet or refunded to your bank account.
