  • Business Identity: Legal business name, business registration certificates (GSTIN/Trade License), and business address.
  • Contact Details: Representative name, email address, phone number, and physical billing/shipping addresses.
  • Financial Info: Bank accounts, payment transit hashes, or invoicing details used during inventory purchasing.

2. How We Use Business Data

Refyzo utilizes your collected information solely for operating the B2B mobile marketplace, including:

  • Verifying businesses during the onboarding process.
  • Processing order logs, coordinating shipping with trusted B2B logistics providers, and issuing legal tax invoices.
  • Providing system status notifications, support inquiries, and inventory notifications.

3. Data Protection & Security

All sensitive information (including passwords, tokens, and corporate registry details) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and stored securely at rest on our isolated cloud databases. We restrict internal database access to authorized administrative and manager personnel only.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

Refyzo does not rent, lease, or sell business partner details to any third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with direct logistics providers and payment gateway processors solely to fulfill orders you place.

5. Your Choices & Data Rectification

B2B partners can inspect, update, or remove profile fields directly from the Retailer Dashboard under settings, or request account termination by writing to us at partner@refyzo.com.
